The Symposium is the premiere investor conference on the Russian technology and emerging growth sectors.

The second annual U.S.-Russia Technology Symposium (USRTS) took place on February 17-18, 2005 at Stanford University. An audience of approximately 300 industry leaders engaged in dialog with luminary panelists.

Topics discussed included international venture capital investing, best practices in international management, the role of universities and incubators in fostering innovation, and bilateral government policy towards entrepreneurship.

Speakers at USRTS included Hon. Andrei Fursenko, Minister of Education and Science RF, Hon. William Perry, Former Minister of Defense of the United States, Hon. George Shultz, Former Secretary of State of the United States. Among the panelists were Mary Warlick (US Department of State), Sergei Kravtchenko (Boeing, Russia), David Yakobashvili ( Wimm-Bill-Dann), Kirill Dmitriev ( Delta Private Equity Partners), Vladimir Bernstein (Russian Technologies) and other prominent leaders of government and business circles.
